{"id":1570,"date":"2014-06-28T16:22:55","date_gmt":"2014-06-28T16:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/annetarsia.com\/?p=1570"},"modified":"2014-06-28T16:45:21","modified_gmt":"2014-06-28T16:45:21","slug":"annetarsia-knits-travels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/2014\/06\/annetarsia-knits-travels\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Annetarsia Knits&#8221; travels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last night, Lindsay and Jon arrived in Sunriver bearing boxes of books.\u00a0 This morning I set up the workstation, and today is dedicated to getting books ready to mail to knitters.\u00a0 Sunriver is where the photos for the book were taken, so it is rather appropriate that this step is taken here, too.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1774.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1569\" src=\"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1774-241x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1774\" width=\"241\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Tomorrow, Lindsay and I will be running the Pacific Crest Trail 10K, and then we will head home to Portland, with the books all signed, sealed and ready to be taken to the Post Office on Monday morning.\u00a0 They are going all over the world, and as I addressed the labels I marveled at all of the places &#8220;Annetarsia Knits&#8221; is going.\u00a0 All over the US and Canada, and places as far away as Denmark and South Africa.\u00a0 It is an immense honor, and I would be nervous if it wasn&#8217;t for the fact that the book is really great.\u00a0 Even after all this time, when I open it I am so proud and happy with the result of the team effort.\u00a0 Now, knitters all over the world will get to see what so many people have worked hard to make real over the past few years.<\/p>\n<p>Enough of this, I&#8217;m back to signing and packing up books!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last night, Lindsay and Jon arrived in Sunriver bearing boxes of books.\u00a0 This morning I set up the workstation, and today is dedicated to getting books ready to mail to knitters.\u00a0 Sunriver is where the photos for the book were taken, so it is rather appropriate that this step is taken here, too.
