{"id":1904,"date":"2014-10-13T16:51:18","date_gmt":"2014-10-13T16:51:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/annetarsia.com\/?p=1904"},"modified":"2014-10-13T21:09:18","modified_gmt":"2014-10-13T21:09:18","slug":"stitches-east-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/2014\/10\/stitches-east-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Stitches East 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I would like to thank the students, vendors and staff of Stitches East 2014 for an amazing show.\u00a0 It seemed that I\u00a0was busy every minute, either teaching, visiting or signing books (sometimes all at once!), so I may not have properly expressed by gratitude and appreciation at the time.<\/p>\n<p>My classes were all full or over-full &#8211; with delightful knitters who formed instant communities and worked with me to make a great experience for everyone.\u00a0 We had lots of &#8220;aha&#8221; moments, and fun show-and-tell.\u00a0 The market was amazing, but my schedule was so full that I didn&#8217;t get around as much as I would have liked.\u00a0 I did visit with my friends at Holiday Yarns and Dizzy Sheep, and connected with Kate at A Hundred Ravens, to plan the Astoria Sock KAL which we plan for November.\u00a0 You are going to love this kit with this sock pattern!<\/p>\n<p>It was a busy, busy few days &#8211; and &#8220;Annetarsia Knits&#8221; is headed to lots of good homes.\u00a0 As many knitters as I could teach are ready to try out their new skills and have fun with color.\u00a0 It was a great event and I am already looking forward to next year.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1900\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1900\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_20061.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1900\" src=\"https:\/\/bartonriveryarn.com\/annetarsia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_20061-300x244.jpg\" alt=\"Re-united with Sarah Jaworowicz, who book designer for &quot;Annetarsia Knits&quot;.
