The hat is incredibly stretchy and will fit heads up to 22”. My video tutorials make this a perfect project for learning how to knit Brioche stitch in the round in one and in two colors.
This pattern is all about the luxurious yarn, hand dyed in Alaska. I combined soft and squishy Brioche Stitch, also known as Fisherman’s Rib, with one skein of wool and one skein of wool-silk blend. The colors combine to remind me of the harbor in Cordova, where I bought these yarns at The Net Loft, one of my favorite yarn stores in the world.
